Music That Changes my Mood – Part 14

It has been a few weeks since I did one of these, and with my growing depression this week, music has been the main thing getting me through each day. Also listening to my audiobooks have helped. I wanted to share some of what I listened to this week. I think eventually I will repeat some songs, but hey that comes with the territory.

  1. I read your post that talks about 10 things people knew about your social anxiety life, I can say that it resonated very deeply with me. I suffer from social anxiety too, I too used to love driving, in fact I was told by my friends to slow down. And since quite some time, I’ve been afraid of it too. I too fear crashing into other vehicles while I’m having a panic attack. Everything you wrote in there is so true. But I also know that believing in yourself and meditating can help relieve it to some extent. You are a very brave person. Keep fighting, and don’t ever let it win. 🙌
