My Article for PSYCOM

I am really excited to share with you my article that I wrote for PSyCOM.net about “What I wish I knew about Bipolar One disorder.” It was awesome to have an article published by J.E. Skye on an online mental health website. Please if you have a chance check out my article.

Please Help me Publish my Memoir

I am almost done editing my memoir “The Bipolar Writer,” and I have decided to go down the self-publishing route. If you can donate anything towards my goal, it would mean the world to me. I am still working towards enough to pay an artist for a good cover. Those that donate will get a special mention in my memoir on a page dedicated to those that made my memoir possible. Thank you in advance!

  1. This is really exciting! I’m Bipolar 1 too, but my manias are what always get the best of me (at least in terms of going to the hospital), so I thought the difference in our experiences were interesting. What’s your screenplay about?

  2. I will absolutely donate. I work as a psychologist and also have a bipolar disorder, so reading books from others really helps! Good luck with your writing !

      1. I have type 2, so I have not been hypomanic for over two years. I have my lamictal and function well on that. When will you publish your book?

  3. Lovely and informative article! When I was prescribed Seroquel in 2010, it was the absolute worst. It was like a tranquilizer to me – slept for 15 hours per day. Hope you finish your memoir soon. xoxo

    1. I am still on Seroquel about 400 milligrams but it’s not as effective to me. But I know the feeling of sleeping fifteen hours a day, it sucks. Thank you for sharing and connecting.
